Live Dynamic Navigation

Dynamic navigation is a method that enables the surgeon to view the growth of the implant site on the virtual plan in real time as the implant drills are operating. Multiple views are exhibited at the same time, illustrating depth, angle variations, closeness to neighbouring teeth, and handpiece orientation. At Hutt Dental Implant Centre, we provide the best treatment possible to our patients as we perform live-guided surgical implant operations on them.

How Does It Work?

In a dynamic dental implant placement system, optical technologies are employed to track the patient and handpiece and show the information on a monitor. The X-Guide employs a passive optical system that needs tracking arrays from the patient and the handpiece to be visible to its stereo cameras in order for information to be communicated to the display.

If you’re interested in learning more about live dynamic navigation, or any of our other dental technology get in touch! We employ these so your implant journey can be as seamless as possible!
